VA – Administrative Support

Description

We are looking for reliable and resourceful Virtual Assistants to support administrative tasks for our clients in Australia. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong service mindset and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote setting.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations including calendar management, email handling, document preparation, and basic research. You’ll liaise regularly with client stakeholders to ensure their tasks are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inboxes, schedule appointments, and handle calendar updates.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and client communications.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event bookings, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested by clients.
  • Provide general business support, acting as a remote administrative partner.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative support, or similar remote role.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Trello.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Australian businesses is preferred.
