Social Media Manager

Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to support a variety of Australian businesses in managing and growing their digital presence. This is a remote role for someone who can bring both aesthetic flair and data-driven decision-making to social platforms.

As a Social Media Manager, you will develop content plans, schedule posts, manage engagement, and analyse performance. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their brand voice is consistent, and their messaging is aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages in line with brand voice.
  • Monitor social media metrics and report on performance.
  • Stay updated with trends in the Australian digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, or other marketing roles as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong English writing skills and attention to tone and grammar.
  • Creative eye for visual layout and branding consistency.
  • Experience with Australian clients or audiences is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
