We are seeking a professional and organised Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support Australian real estate agents and property managers. This role provides essential backend and client-facing support to help agencies manage their listings, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
As a Real Estate VA, you’ll be responsible for handling CRM updates, calendar management, and property listing tasks. You’ll work closely with agents and teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings on major platforms (REA, Domain, etc.).
- Schedule property inspections and update client calendars.
- Respond to inquiry emails or calls in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate document preparation, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Maintain CRMs and follow up with leads on behalf of agents.
- Provide general administrative support to real estate teams.
