We are seeking an organised, driven, and client-focused Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our BPO environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage resources, schedules, risks, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-service setting and has experience managing projects across a range of functions such as IT, finance, customer service, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects for BPO clients, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to clients and internal leadership.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and action items.
- Ensure projects adhere to contractual obligations, client expectations, and organisational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
