We are seeking an experienced and driven Offshore Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and capable of delivering high-quality recruitment services to clients across a range of industries in Australia.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal support teams to ensure that recruitment goals are met effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Australian clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates using online platforms, talent pools, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews or assessments.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports to ensure hiring goals are on target.
  • Assist with offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a BPO or international client setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian recruitment market, platforms, and cultural fit considerations.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Workable).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines across different clients.
  • Experience working in remote teams or hybrid environments.
