We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Australian clients in managing their human resources functions. This role is suited to someone who understands HR administration and can confidently assist with onboarding, records management, and compliance.
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the remote backbone of internal HR operations for clients, ensuring that employee data, contracts, and workflows are well maintained and aligned with Australian HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including contract generation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate compliance documentation, training logs, and leave requests.
- Assist with policy creation, updates, and employee communication.
- Provide administrative support during performance reviews or audits.
- Liaise with payroll and recruitment teams as required.
