We are looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of executive and business support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a key point of coordination for daily schedules, meetings, communications, and administrative functions. You will ensure that your assigned executive(s) can focus on strategic priorities by managing time, information, and interactions efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
- Handle email management, filtering, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files with discretion and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal administration as required, including expenses, reminders, and logistics.
- Support project tracking, task follow-ups, and deadline management.
- Perform other administrative duties as requested to support the smooth operation of executive functions.
