Digital Marketing Specialist

Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help grow our BPO and technology brands. This role requires someone who understands the full digital marketing lifecycle—from strategy to execution—and is comfortable working across paid and organic channels to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across search, social, and email; managing web content and performance; and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with designers, developers, and leadership to ensure consistency and measurable results across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Develop and maintain content for landing pages, blogs, and other web assets in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) and produce reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop messaging, offers, and value propositions aligned to business goals.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform strategy and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Contribute to marketing automation workflows and CRM data integrity (e.g. HubSpot or Zoho CRM).
  • Support the setup and tracking of lead generation funnels and paid campaign attribution.
  • Assist with creative briefing and coordination across copy, design, and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or service-based business.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient with web analytics tools, including GA4 and Tag Manager.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho) and basic marketing automation workflows.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a BPO, MSP, or multi-brand environment is highly regarded.
