We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our BPO team and support client projects through data-driven insights, process mapping, and requirements gathering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, translating business needs into technical solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with clients across various industries to understand their goals, assess existing systems and workflows, and deliver actionable recommendations that support efficiency, performance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyse current business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear business cases, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Liaise between business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change management efforts.
- Monitor the progress of initiatives and ensure alignment with agreed goals and KPIs.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the BPO environment.
