Marketing Assistant – Digital Support

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support Australian clients in their digital marketing operations. This is an ideal entry- to mid-level role for someone who is tech-savvy and passionate about content, data, and digital growth.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help with content uploads, email campaigns, basic reporting, and digital admin tasks. You’ll support senior marketers and business owners in delivering consistent and effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing email campaigns and content uploads.
  • Update websites using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify).
  • Compile data and reports from tools like Google Analytics or Mailchimp.
  • Conduct basic competitor or keyword research.
  • Maintain brand files, templates, and project calendars.
  • Coordinate with designers or copywriters where needed.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, content, or admin role.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Suite.
  • Strong English writing and formatting skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Exposure to Australian clients or marketing is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a remote digital environment.
