EA to Australian Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior executives and business owners across Australia. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and streamline executive operations in a remote setting.

As an Executive Assistant, you will handle complex calendars, email triage, travel planning, and document support. You’ll act as a key partner to executive clients, ensuring they can focus on strategic initiatives while day-to-day logistics are managed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and calls.
  • Triage inboxes and draft or reply to key emails on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and expense tracking.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate client needs and follow through on tasks with minimal instruction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting Australian executives or remote clients is highly desirable.
